Fruit Smoothie

Berries are a great way to add flavor to your breakfast, or you can just have them by themselves! Berries are healthier than normal fruits because they are higher in fiber and lower in sugar, but still taste just as amazing, if not better.
Dairy-free!
Ingredients
1 ¼ cup of frozen fruit of your choice
1 cup of milk of your choice
Can use water or juice as well, but if you have a milk option, that works better
2 ½ teaspoons of sugar/honey
1 cup of ice cubes
Preparation
Add your fruit, milk, and sugar/honey to a blender.
Blend until well combined.
Add your ice cubes into the blender
Blend until well combined.
